Designed and engineered for significant weight savings and outstanding payload capacity for increased profit potential with every load. The aluminum/steel DGTC has a main rail capacity of 100,000 lbs. evenly distributed. Add the coil haul package or 12" crossmember spacing with lateral bracing, along with 97"-121" wide spread tandem and proper king pin location, and you have created a trailer that has a concentrated load capacity of 50,000 lbs. in a 4' section.

• Fabricated hi-tensile steel I-beams with 100-KSI flanges.
• 4" 80-KSI steel I-beam crossmembers standard on 16" centers.
• 1-1/4" extruded aluminum heavy-duty floor with two Apitong nailers is standard. Other nailer options available upon request.
• 6" extruded aluminum channel-style side rails with aluminum stake pockets on 24" centers and 3/8" x 3" aluminum skid rail.
• Heavy-duty extruded aluminum front and rear skirts.
• Plastic insulator tape between all dissimilar metal connections.
• The two-speed, heavy-duty landing gear legs are independently braced to avoid stress on both legs if one is damaged. 3" channel crossbracing from leg to leg is optional.
• 10-gauge formed steel diagonal braces on 48" centers.
• A high-quality RPC is applied to the understructure and running gear between main rails. Areas not accessible for painting after assembly are primed during the assembly. Remaining steel is phosphate washed, primed, and painted.
• Optional load-securing devices include D-rings, chain tie-downs, and winches - recessed or moveable on aluminum track.
• Premium-sealed, no splice, 12-volt lighting system reduces electrical problems.
• Various optional aluminum bulkheads are available; straight or with returns, and either permanent or removable.
